Don't you just love that the "visual album" has become Beyonce's thing.

So last week Beyonce camp announced "Lemonade" will be premiering on HBO on Saturday 23rd April.

What on earth is Lemonade?! Is this a music video?! is this a film?! Is it a concert?! How long will it be on for?! why is Beyonce wearing braids?! Is that real fur Bey?!

Luckily the Beyhive did some research and quickly discovered this is just any normal video Beyonce had book her self a nice 2 hour time slot on HBO Saturday TV listing. But we still didn't know what would happen. Now in my younger years I would have found a stream and stayed up till 4 am watching exactly what happen LIVE but on this occasion I opted on sleep, I knew it would be easier to watch in the morning. I was right bright and early this Sunday the SHORT FILM VISUAL ALBUM whatever it is is available to watch in full on tidal.

So what exactly happened in this "LEMONADE" The album/film you know what? I don't really know I am going to call it an VA from now on okay? Right!!

Shot completely in New orleans the VA features a display of black beauty, culture and talent with appearances from Serena Williams, Quvenzhane wallis, Amandla Stenberg, Zendaya and the mothers of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown just to name a few.

Although visually amazing I'm pretty sure that is not what everyone is focusing on the first tracks on VA seem to reveal some serious marital problems between Queen Bey and Jay Z while her 2013 album "Beyonce" is a soundtrack to a blissful sex filled marriage Lemonade paints a a very different picture did Jay Z cheat on Beyonce?!

HOW YOU GUNNA DO BEY LIKE THAT JAY??! HOW!?

My shock actually subsided a bit when I remembered Beyonce standing peacefully in an elevator while her little sister repeating kicked her husband's ass.

But still Beyonce does not talk about her personal life but it seems that through video, song and spoken word poetry written by Britsh-Somli Warshan Shire, Ms Carter is exposing some dark secrets from her marriage have a look at the poem and track "hold up" ( which is a TUNE by the way)

Now its completely possible that everyone is just jumping to conclusions, Beyonce sings songs for women and women get cheated on why would't she sing about it. But she didn't stop there the next segment of the VA "Don't hurt yourself" Beyonce states "Who the f*ck do you think I am? You ain't married to no average b*tch boy".

Beyonce is dropping F BOMBS all over the place the track which features vocals from Jack White also ends on another shock "You Gon lose yo wife"

She wasn't even done! If this whole scorned wife thing is an act Beyonce is a much better actor that we thought, because her next track "Sorry" is like singe ladies on ratchet steroids and can we all scream YASSSSS to Serena Williams video girl debut please

This is almost a little awkward isn't it...

But we are 20 minutes through Lemonade and I'm loving Beyonce's new album / divorce announcement then things start to take a change The album kind of does a 180 and begins to talk to and about her parents. Beyonce seems to be asking her mother for advice in dealing with infidelity "Am i talking about your husband or your father" TBH BEYONCE WE Don't even know who are you talking about? Is this a country song? Do black people sing country? This is JAM! I can smell Country music award Taylor better watch out tbh

So we have all come to terms with the pending divorce and Jay and Bey then her (who at this point we think is estranged husband) finally makes an appearance

Sandcastles features Beyonce and her hubby getting up close and person and (I'm guessing who knows what the truth is) healing

Talk about emotional roller coaster this VA is actually quite good the spoken word, met with strong imagery and of course all that TEA made it an thoroughly entertaining hour to watch!
